Job Description

It is an exciting time to be a part of the Oracle Cloud HCM Development organization. As we continue to introduce new products and enhancements, we are looking for a passionate individual to join our Center of Excellence team to ensure our customers realize the benefit of implementing these new capabilities. We are currently recruiting a proven Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) product expert to help lead Customer Adoption. In this role, you will combine your knowledge of HR processes and the Cloud HCM product with an understanding of our customers' business needs to define strategies for and the execution of customer facing product adoption programs. You will engage directly with customers to encourage and enable their adoption of Cloud HCM products and provide solutions to maximize customer value, satisfaction, and retention. You will work in partnership with the broader Oracle product organization, system implementation partners, and other internal Oracle teams to ensure implementation and long term success. 5 or more years of functional and/or technical leadership experience in recent enterprise-level HCM implementations required. Prior ownership of HR business processes is ideal. Bachelors degree or equivalent required, Masters preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the definition of adoption strategies for strategic product uptake through partnership with the product teams, COE, and Sales.
Identify and engage with customers via group and individual working sessions for uptake of targeted features. Leverage SI partners, product teams, COE, sales, and HR Transformation, as appropriate.
Create and maintain outcome focused knowledge documents/templates outlining key implementation choices, IT and HR best practices, KPIs/success metrics, and cross-feature considerations.
Coordinate and facilitate learning communities amongst customers to share best practices and lessons learned in the adoption of new feature. Publish whitepapers, case studies, and broadcasts to sharing learning across the customer community.
Conduct follow up(s) with customers to gauge business impact realization, opportunities for optimization of customer specific configuration, and potential product enhancements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships and communication within the product teams.
Conduct regular checkpoints of customer adoption by feature and provide internal visibility to successes and additional opportunities. US: Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1.
