• Providing individual/group supervision
• Approving clinical documentation
• Guiding staff through complex cases
• Leading training and development
• Assisting with hiring and performance reviews
• Maintaining a small caseload
• Staying current on clinical best practices and regulations

Requirements

• LMSW or LCSW (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience in behavioral health or IDD services
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care
