Clinical Therapy Responsibilities:- Providing individual/group supervision
- Approving clinical documentation
- Guiding staff through complex cases
- Leading training and development
- Assisting with hiring and performance reviews
- Maintaining a small caseload
- Staying current on clinical best practices and regulations
Requirements
- LMSW or LCSW (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in behavioral health or IDD services
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care
