Key Responsibilities:

Psychological Assessment: Conduct individual assessments using standard psychological tests and interview techniques to evaluate the mental health status of clients.

Therapeutic Support: Provide evidence-based therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other modalities, to individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health issues.

Treatment Plans: Develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on their unique psychological needs and adjust them as necessary throughout treatment.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with professional standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, counselors, and mental health professionals, to provide holistic care.

Client Education: Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and wellness strategies.

Community Engagement: Participate in mental wellness workshops, community outreach programs, and educational seminars to raise awareness about mental health issues.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Master's degree or higher in Psychology from a recognized institution.

RCI Certification: Must be a Registered Clinical Psychologist with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychological therapy and assessments.

Skills:

Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and children.

Compassionate, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a clinical or private practice setting.

Familiarity with mental health laws, including the Mental Healthcare Act of 2017.

Previous experience in mental health outreach or community engagement.
