Client Wellness Coordinator

Nina Ross Functional Medicine is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Client Wellness Coordinator .

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong computer and technical skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional work. Medical/Health experience is a plus but not required.

As a Client Wellness Coordinator, you will handle the technical and administrative aspects of client care, ensuring that client records, lab work, and treatment plans are accurate and up-to-date. This role requires someone who can work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements

• Strong computer and technical skills are required ; ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused attitude.
• Medical Assistant experience or familiarity with medical/clinical environments is a plus.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to excellence in client care.

• Create and manage client profiles, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Import and organize client evaluation data and photos into designated systems with speed and precision.
• Prepare and print evaluation reports for upcoming client appointments.
• Record announcements and updates via video for internal viewership
• Track and update client progress by maintaining detailed records of treatments and reports.
• Coordinate lab work, including creating lab requisitions, following up on lab completion, and managing results.
• Upload lab results and reports to client profiles and communicate updates to the team.
• Manage supplement inventory to ensure clients receive the correct products.
