Your key responsibilities as a Client Training Consultant will include:

• Delivering live training sessions to clients, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
• Developing a deep understanding of our products and staying up-to-date with any changes or updates.
• Maintaining knowledge of the financial services industry to provide relevant and contextual training.
• Collaborating with internal teams to understand product features and client needs, ensuring consistency of materials.
• Logging client feedback and monitoring the effectiveness of training sessions, suggesting improvements where necessary.
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of training materials.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Client Training Consultant:

• You need a minimum of 2 years experience in delivering live training sessions, both in-person and virtually, preferably for software products.
• You should have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• You will have excellent presentation skills to deliver engaging and informative training sessions.
• You must have experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive training materials and documentation.
