Job Description

Job Title: Client Onboarding Specialist Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Client Onboarding Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, configuring technical solutions, providing initial technical training, and ensuring a smooth transition into our services. Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
Conduct onboarding sessions and technical training for customers.
Configure, deploy, and support IT systems, software, and services.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
Assist clients with account setup, system integrations, and user provisioning.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve escalated issues.
Create and maintain onboarding documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs.
Monitor onboarding progress and ensure successful client adoption.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.

Requirements Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience supporting client onboarding, helpdesk, or IT services environments.
Experience in client onboarding.
Strong understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
Experience supporting end-users in a managed services (MSP) or IT services environment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, network, and application issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience delivering technical training to clients.
Experience with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and remote support tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications, are a plus.
