About the Role

We are hiring a Client Director to build and lead a portfolio of clients, driving growth and delivering against revenue and profit targets through business development, creating compelling client solutions, and leading the design and delivery of impactful programs and transformation projects that delight our clients.Our entrepreneurial environment will offer significant opportunities for personal and professional development, and the freedom to excel.

The incumbent will have overall accountability for portfolio success, driving business development activities through networking, developing proposals and delivering high quality pitches, whilst leading a team tomeet the commercial performance of client projects, with high quality solution design and delivery.

Candidates must have experience in large-scale, strategic projects and client management in a senior level role in one or more of the following areas:

• a human capital development environment

• experience designing leadership development solutions in a large organization or

• change management or transformation work

Through effective business development activity, candidates will have led business growth and delivered solutions tailored to the market using creative and innovative ideas. As a charismatic networker with executive presence and ideally existing relationships at senior level with potential partners, they will have a high level of emotional intelligence, creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to inspire and lead others to achieve and ensure success.

Office Location and Travel

Our most creative work stems from our collaboration and ideation in our office environment. This role is office-based and will also require travel to client locations, domestically and occasionally internationally.
