About the role

Job Title : Client Advisor Internship (Luxury Retail Aneka)

Team: Client & Retail

Location: Kala Ghoda, Mumbai.

Duration: 6 months

Reporting To: Boutique Manager

Internship Overview

As a Client Advisor Intern at Aneka, you'll be immersed in the world of luxury jewelry and retail. This internship offers hands-on exposure to customer experience, boutique operations, and client relationship-building. You'll support the team in delivering a seamless and memorable luxury experience, while gaining insight into how a premium retail Boutique functions and how sales function operates and observe sales techniques.

What You'll Learn & Support With

• Assist the team in delivering personalized service to clients and guests.
• Observe and learn how to create memorable in-store moments and milestone celebrations (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries) and enhance client experience
• Shadow team members using tools like Salesforce to analyze performance
• Support visual merchandising and boutique upkeep to reflect the brand's luxury standards.
• Learn the ropes of day-to-day retail tasks including inventory, billing, and product handling.
• Learn to track key marketing metrics like footfall and conversion rates.
• Share fresh ideas on improving client experience

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Luxury Brand Management, Retail, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
