Position Overview:

The Clerical/Administrative Support staff will provide vital operational support during state-declared emergencies, working in settings including Medical Special Needs Shelters (MSNS), Points of Dispensing Sites (PODS), urgent care centers, and Temporary Medical Operation Staging Areas (TMOSA).

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: 1+ years clerical/administrative experience (healthcare setting preferred)
• Technical Skills: Records management, scheduling, data entry, inventory control, Microsoft Office proficiency
• Soft Skills: Organization, attention to detail, communication, adaptability, customer service

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidential patient records and documentation
• Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars
• Process forms and administrative paperwork
• Manage inventory of medical and office supplies
• Serve as liaison between patients and medical staff
• Support facility operations and emergency protocols
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping
