Cleanroom Carpenter

1 Resource Group is seeking a skilled Cleanroom Carpenter to join our dedicated team. This position is critical for the construction and maintenance of cleanroom environments, which are essential for various high-tech industries including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and electronics.

• Construct, install, and repair cleanroom structures, including walls, ceilings, and fixtures while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Work with a variety of materials and tools to fabricate and assemble custom cleanroom components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment, following all safety and cleanliness protocols specific to cleanroom standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of finished work to ensure it meets the required quality and compliance standards.
• Participate actively in safety meetings and contribute to an overall culture of safety on the job site.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience, ideally in cleanroom or similar controlled environments.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools relevant to carpentry work.
• Strong understanding of cleanroom regulations and quality control measures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and schematics.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of self-directed work.
• Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
