Civil Project Manager

ViaSun Corporation is currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Civil Project Manager to join our team. As the Civil Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful execution of civil projects, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of civil projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure the projects are executed in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and other professionals to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to develop project specifications and address any concerns or issues.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Prepare accurate and detailed project reports, including financial performance, project milestones, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the civil industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. A proven track record of successful project delivery, knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, and proficiency in project management software are also required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the civil preservation industry.
