EIT Responsibilities:

• Support design of water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and distribution systems
• Assist with technical reports, drawings, and project specs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams under the guidance of licensed engineers

PE Responsibilities:

Lead project design, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting

Manage construction administration and regulatory compliance

Mentor junior staff, supervise field teams, and liaise with municipal clients

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)

Licensure:

• EIT required for junior roles
• PE required for senior/project leadership roles

Experience:

• EIT Level: 1+ year in municipal water/wastewater design (drainage a plus)
• PE Level: 5+ years including project management or construction administration; drainage, permitting, and MUD experience in Texas is a plus

Technical Skills:

• Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, WaterCAD, ArcGIS, or equivalent modeling tools

Soft Skills:

• Effective communicator, organized, and solution-focused team player
