Job Description

Position: Civil Engineer

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)

Kannada speaking preferred

Master's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure, industrial park, township, urban development, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare DPRs (Detailed Project Reports) for infrastructure and urban development projects.
Plan, design, and supervise civil works including roads, drainage systems, water supply, sewerage, stormwater networks, and utility infrastructure.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical reports.
Coordinate with architects, planners, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
Monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during project execution.
Support tender preparation, bid evaluation, and contract management activities.
Ensure project delivery within budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of civil engineering design standards and construction practices.
Experience in infrastructure planning and development projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, or equivalent engineering software.
Knowledge of DPR preparation, estimation, quantity surveying, and project management.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
