Civil Defense/Aviation Attorney

Position Requirements:

• Must be admitted to the New York or Illinois bar in good standing
• Ideal candidates will have experience in civil defense litigation in state and federal courts and can hit the ground running by preparing cases for trial.
• Preferred candidates will have experience in aviation law, product liability, and/or premises liability is preferred, preferred but not required.
• Candidates should have possess excellent research, writing, pre-trial discovery, and deposition skills are required, along with skills, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team setting.
• Trial skills and experience would be an added benefit, benefit but not necessary.
• Applicants must be organized, self-motivated, and can able to handle files with little minimal supervision.
• Some travel may be required.
