You'll be working with the Business team, based out of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

This team runs on leads, coffee, more leads, and an infectious passion to build operations and deploy teams and create a city-wide network of chargers. They help bring alive the proposition of Exponent Enabled Rapid Charging so that our customers benefit from 15 min rapid charging at all times.

What you will do:

You will be pivotal to our business and deployment team. The role involves building customer preference for vehicles powered by Exponent by ensuring that right sales channels are built and customer experience is met.

Responsibilities:

1. Own city P&L and Operations
2. Drive sales volume & market share by enhancing customer engagement in the assigned territory within company policies and code of conduct.
3. Manage customers' & stakeholders' relationships & customer experience
4. Build, scale and manage the city team
   

The ideal candidate requires:

• Strong record in leading a Sales & Ops team
• Domain experience in the EV space, Logistics, and Mobility - OEM background
• Automotive logistics or EV experience is preferred
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make quick data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and people management skills
