Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Strategy Leader:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive software strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You'll ensure that our software development efforts are innovative, scalable, and aligned with the future needs of the market.

• Lead the design and architecture of our software products, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and maintainable. Your leadership will set the standard for our engineering excellence.

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers and developers. You'll be the guiding force behind their success, helping them to grow and achieve their full potential.

• Establish and optimize software development processes that ensure the delivery of high-quality products. From Agile methodologies to DevOps practices, you'll implement best practices that enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Technical Mastery: Extensive experience in software development, architecture, and engineering leadership. You should be as comfortable designing systems as you are debugging code.
• Leadership Excellence: Proven experience leading and scaling software teams, with a track record of delivering successful, high-quality software products. You're the kind of leader who can inspire and guide a team through complex challenges.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience with a proven track record of leadership in software development is also valued.

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior role such as VP of Engineering or Chief Software Officer. You?ve led software teams to success and have the battle scars to prove it.
• Proven experience in building and scaling software products in high-growth environments, particularly in industries such as SaaS, fintech, or healthtech.
• Experience with both frontend and backend development, as well as cloud computing and microservices architecture.
