Luminary Group, is partnered with a private equity-backed company, seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Product Officer (CPO) with a focus on Real World Evidence (RWE) to join their team. As the CPO, you will have a pivotal role in driving the company's product strategy and innovation in the RWE space, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products and solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and market trends.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with executives, sales, and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption and growth.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch performance analysis.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulations related to RWE.
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and industry experts to understand market needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, identify areas of improvement, and drive innovation.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Represent the company in product-related discussions, partnerships, and customer engagements.
  • Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on the product strategy and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, specifically within the RWE domain.
  • Proven track record in successfully developing and launching innovative software products.
  • Deep understanding of RWE, including data sources, methodologies, and regulatory considerations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in leading and managing product teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare data standards preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
