POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief People Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for building a world-class employee experience from recruitment through retirement.
This position will focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, leadership development, employee engagement, training, performance management, succession planning, and culture enhancement.
The CPO will partner closely with firm leadership while overseeing and collaborating with our existing Human Resources team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
