Chemistry Lab Tech

Our client, a leader in sensor research and development, is seeking a Chemistry Lab Technician to join their team. As a Chemistry Lab Technician, you will be part of the research and development department supporting innovative sensor projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Chemistry Lab Technician

Location: Shakopee, MN

What's the Job?

Conduct Design Verification Tests (DVT) to support new product launches.

Organize and maintain labware and equipment for sensor testing and development in the chemistry lab.

Manage chemicals and solutions for Research and Development (R&D) activities.

Assist in studies related to sensor research and development.

Upgrade and maintain data acquisition systems and lab computer networking.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in conducting wet chemistry tests.

Experience in maintaining safety standards in a laboratory environment.

Familiarity with lab equipment and instrumentation.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
