Channel Sales Account Manager Hybrid (Boston, MA)

SmartFlower Solar is seeking a Channel Sales Account Manager to expand our reseller network across the Americas. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who excels in building strategic partnerships and driving revenue through B2B channel sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with top-tier resellers to drive SmartFlower sales.
  • Equip resellers with tools, training, and support to effectively position our product.
  • Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, using Salesforce.
  • Identify regional incentives and high-value opportunities for resellers.
  • Collaborate with marketing to maximize campaign success and reseller engagement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in reseller or channel partnerships within branding, energy, or equipment sectors. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong account development and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage all levels of the organization to close and navigate long sales cycles (6-18 months).
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Use CRM to track all sales activities and manage opportunity pipeline.
  • Leverage the use of AI to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
