Join Our Team as a Certified Surgical Technologist!
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our client's team in San Antonio, TX . As a key member of the surgical team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective conduct of surgical procedures, helping to deliver the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary scrub person during surgical procedures, managing instruments, supplies, and equipment.
- Prepare operating rooms for surgery, adhering to proper techniques and maintaining sterile environments.
- Provide both direct and indirect technical care to surgical patients across all age groups.
- Maintain vigilance to ensure the sterile field is uncompromised.
- Facilitate the safe and efficient conduct of invasive surgical procedures.
- Full-Time position with rotating day/night shifts , including weekends and on-call duties.
- Shifts may vary between 8 or 12 hours , providing flexibility in your work schedule.
Requirements
Education : Associate degree or higher.
Experience : Minimum of 1+ years in Perioperative/Surgical Services .
Certification : Valid Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
Licenses/Certifications :
- Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification.
- CPR certification accepted in addition to BLS.
