Staff4Me is a leading healthcare staffing agency that is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Observe and report any changes in patients' physical or mental conditions to the nursing staff.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Offer emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- 1-5 years of experience
- Prior experience as a CNA or in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic patient care principles and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassion and empathy towards patients.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
