Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Langhorne, PA . This per-diem position involves delivering hands-on patient care and supporting rehabilitation and recovery in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report patient conditions to licensed nursing staff
- Support patients' rehabilitation with therapeutic exercises and engagement
- Maintain accurate patient records and a clean, safe environment
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements
Qualifications:- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Active PA CNA license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience: Previous experience in SNFs , rehabilitation centers , or similar healthcare settings preferred
- Technical Skills:
- ADL assistance
- Vital sign monitoring
- EHR documentation
- Infection control
- Soft Skills: Empathy, teamwork, strong communication, and adaptability
