We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and supporting the healthcare team in delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Observe patients' physical and mental conditions, and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Prior experience as a CNA or in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic patient care principles and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
