Job Description
The Truck Driver will operate a truck transporting oil field-related material including pipe racks and skid-mounted units. All duties of the Truck Driver are to be performed according to the company operating procedures to maximize the safety of all personnel at the worksite and to efficiently perform the task
Truck Driver Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to operate tanker truck safely through various types of terrain
- Function "on-call" in order to respond to emergency call-outs
- Willingness to work day shift or night shift as needed
- Truck Driver will maintain accurate work tickets based on the TETRA's requirements
- An understanding of basic maintenance concepts is required
- This position requires various types and levels of job related training with respect to the operation of the equipment, TETRA's Procedures and other specialized training as required by regulatory agencies and TETRA
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Experience: 2+ Years of Verifiable Commercial Driving Experience, 2+ Years driving in an oilfield environment
- License/ Certifications: Class A CDL Driver's License, Valid DOT Medical Card
- Travel: 20% depending on job site
