CDL Charter Driver

We are seeking a polished Charter Driver to support our Hospitality Team in delivering quality transport across conferences, sporting events, venues, weddings, parties, and more.

Compensation:

• $28.50 - $33.00 / hour with a $2,500 sign on bonus
• $10 hourly pay premium when driving a charter
• $2 hourly pay premium when driving a school bus route
• $1 hourly pay premium when driving a motorcoach route

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with passengers for a positive experience; assist with boarding and de-boarding.
• Make decisions when logistics change and adapt to client needs.
• Familiarity with the Greater Puget Sound area and experience with commercial vehicle navigation in Seattle.
• Conduct vehicle safety checks and report defects; complete required documentation accurately.
• Fuel vehicles as needed, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a tidy environment for clients.
• Maintain professionalism and appearance when representing the TransWest brand.
• Secure vehicles post-assignment and ensure all points of entry are secured.
• Report safety hazards and incidents; document accidents and participate in reviews as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug test
• Enjoy people and excel at customer service
• Able to communicate proficiently in English
• Able to work independently, yet able to take direction
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• CDL Class A or B with a Passenger Endorsement
• Current/Active DOT Medical Card
• Past experience working as a Charter or Chauffeur driver a plus
