Carpenter

Makowsky Ringel Greenberg is seeking a carpenter with multi-family (apartment) experience to join our corporate maintenance team. This position does not requires out of town or overnight travel; all assignments are within the Memphis metropolitan area (includes DeSoto and Tunica counties in northwest Mississippi).

Skills needed: cornice work, aristex, siding, wood rails, fences, interior trim, subfloors, tile, sheet-rock, doors, and locks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of local codes
• Must have the tools necessary to perform the job's duties
• Must have reliable transportation suitable for maintenance and repair work (truck or van required )
• Must have a valid driving license and proof of current automobile insurance.
• Must pass a criminal background check, credit check, and pre-employment drug screening.
