We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. As a caregiver with Preferred Care at Home, you will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals who require assistance with daily living activities, ensuring they receive the support they need to maintain their independence and quality of life.

• Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their quality of life
• Help clients with mobility and physical exercises as directed by a healthcare professional
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
• Assist clients with medication reminders and maintaining a medication schedule
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervisor or family members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
• Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
