Caregiver/PCA

Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing companionship. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive work environment.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a caregiver or PCA preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
