Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained.
- Utilize specialized tools, products, and techniques to achieve exceptional results in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor vehicle conditions and report any issues or damage to management.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and preferences with professionalism.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist in keeping equipment and tools in good condition.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a car washer/auto detailer, or related field, preferred but not required (will train the right candidate).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks, often in outdoor conditions.
- Knowledge of car detailing techniques and cleaning products is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic; punctuality is vital.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
