Capital Trust Escrow - Escrow Operations Manager

Our client, Capital Trust Escrow, is a leading independent and bonded escrow company based in Beverly Hills. Highly competent and experienced in handling precise escrow transactions on time, their goal is to educate our customers about the escrow process, while ensuring satisfaction of the customer's expectations and goals every step of the way. The company strives to minimize any surprises during the course of the escrow by communicating with their customers through out the entire escrow process

They are currently seeking a new Escrow Operations Manager

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Sr. Escrow Manager and 7 years as Escrow Officer (Commercial and SFR escrows. Experience with AIR Forms, CAR Forms, and custom agreements)
• Candidate should have managed at least 5+ people. Having managed only a handful of people for a short period, will not have given her the opportunity to learn to manager different types of personalities or the various types of situations that arise in an escrow office.
• Fill needs to fill in on desks and/or assist with reviews (audit files).
• Has solid experience with Escrow Bookkeeping
• Highly Customer Services focused, coming from a place of empathy: skills - phone, email, and face-to-face communication skills.
• Candidate must have a small book of business and run a light desk.
• RBJ software experience helpful, but not required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of processing and closing experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Expert knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow/title industry
• Solid knowledge of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, legal documents, and real property law
• Ability to build and maintain productive customer relationships.
• Expert working knowledge of RBJ Software
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to work the majority of the time onsite in Beverly Hills, with flexibility.
