Our firm provides ongoing U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) counsel and related capital markets services to companies that range from large public companies that are ?household names? to growing, cutting-edge companies looking to go public. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of relevant capital markets and public company advisory experience, including advising clients on various forms of capital markets transactions and a wide range of governance and securities law compliance matters, SEC disclosure and reporting including in connection with securities offerings, fiduciary duty issues and corporate governance matters. Qualified candidates must have strong document drafting, communication, business development, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a positive attitude and an exceptional work ethic. The candidate must be comfortable with direct interaction with both senior partners and clients.
