Canvass Manager

Are you ready to take charge and build something from the ground up? Florida Window and Door is looking for a motivated Canvass Manager to launch and lead our new canvassing efforts on Florida's East Coast.

Now, we need driven lead generators to provide qualified appointments to our sales team. Starting with a single van, you'll have the opportunity to recruit, train, and scale your own team from Miami-Dade to Flagler County!

Canvass Manager Responsibilities

• Source, hire, and onboard a group of dedicated canvassers, creating a team culture focused on performance and professionalism
• Start with one team and scale up, with opportunities to launch canvassing teams in major cities across Florida's East Coast from Miami to Daytona.
• Equip your team with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed through hands-on training, continuous coaching, and skill development.
• Go door-to-door to introduce Florida Window and Door's offers to potential customers.
• Get information, such as contact details, from homeowners for an appointment to be set.
• Manage day-to-day operations while motivating your team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Develop and refine canvassing strategies while tracking key performance metrics to optimize productivity and lead generation.
• Keeping up fleet maintenance

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing canvassing or field marketing.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to train and develop team members into top performers.
• Entrepenurial mindset with the vision and drive to scale operations across multiple markets.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High energy, adaptability, and a relentless focus on achieving goals.
