Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance customer service.
  • Stay informed about product updates and training materials to provide effective service.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
