CAD Specialist

A+S is seeking a CAD Specialist experienced in Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP to join our team. The CAD Specialist will complete production work and collaborate with project teams. Attention to detail and speed are equally important and an understanding of general construction is a plus. There is potential for growth into designer roles. Hourly rate is $18 - $25 dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote company's Revit and AutoCAD design standards and protocols.
• Set up projects and create objects and families.
• Complete markups for all three MEP disciplines (plumbing is the current priority).
• Translate less specific design direction into functional documents.
• Flag coordination issues between disciplines.
• Help evolve company AutoCAD/Revit standards in coordination with other offices.
• Work well with others to manage the production process.

Requirements

• Relevant technical degree preferred.
• Strong AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP skills a must.
• At least three years of experience using Revit MEP.
