The Lead Claims Administrator for the Customer Account Care (CAC) department serves as the central liaison between CAC and other departments across Elite. This position ensures seamless coordination of claims, operational workflows, and customer service standards, supporting cross-functional communication and collaboration.

In this role, you will manage daily claims administration processes, help drive operational continuity, and enhance the overall customer experience. You'll supervise team members, provide guidance and training, and work to resolve issues promptly and efficientlyensuring that the team operates in alignment with company standards and expectations.

A strong focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction is essential, as is the ability to improve processes, foster communication, and elevate both team and company performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Team Support: Assist the AR, CAC, and MRP teams with daily workflows and process improvements.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and motivate team members, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Objective Setting: Establish and track daily objectives and create systems to recognize employee achievements.
  • Management Communication: Act as a liaison to leadership, escalating concerns and sharing updates.
  • Leadership & Training: Provide consistent support, training, and feedback to ensure team success.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily claims activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively resolve issues and streamline communication to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

  • Associate's degree preferred; High school diploma with relevant experience required.

Experience

  • 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in construction or home services.
  • Experience with ERP systems and project management tools.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP platforms.

Benefits
