This role will provide support across business development and internal operations, helping streamline workflows and maintain momentum on key growth initiatives. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Research and track federal and commercial business opportunities
Assist with proposal preparation and internal documentation
Maintain and update CRM and pipeline tracking tools
Draft and update capability statements and outreach materials
Coordinate meetings and cross-functional communication
Organize files, templates, and administrative systems
Support operational reporting and internal workflow improvements

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Strong organizational and communication skills
Background in logistics, operations, or program coordination
Familiarity with federal contracting or procurement (a plus)
Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
