Business Operations Executive (Finance)

Role Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Business Operations Executive (Finance) to lead our financial strategy, business administration, and operations. Reporting directly to the CEO and Founder, Dr. Jin Hyung Lee, the BOE (Finance) will play a critical role in shaping the company's growth trajectory by managing financial planning, fostering investor relationships, overseeing corporate administration, and providing strategic business support.

Responsibilities :

• Financial Leadership
1. Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with long-term business objectives.
2. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
3. Manage cash flow, financial risk, and capital allocation to optimize company growth.
4. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including audits and tax filings as applicable.
• Investor Relations
1. Act as the surrogate liaison between the founder and investors / financial stakeholders.
2. Develop and deliver compelling investor presentations and quarterly updates.
3. Build relationships with current and prospective investors, ensuring alignment with company goals.
4. Collaborate with legal and corporate teams to prepare for future fundraising rounds.
• Corporate Administration
1. Manage financial compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Manage key administrative functions, including contracts, insurance, and operational policies.
3. Oversee human resources, ensuring efficient onboarding, employee engagement, and benefit administration.
• Strategic Business Support
1. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Founder and CEO, providing insights on strategic decisions and business challenges.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals.
3. Support the development, contracting, and execution of strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Operations Executive, senior financial executive or CFO, preferably in a SaaS, tech, or healthcare-related company.
• Strong background in financial management, investor relations, and fundraising.
• Excellent understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
