Job Description

Henderson Franklin, a full service law firm located in Southwest Florida, is seeking a litigation attorney with at least four years' experience. The associate attorney will work alongside our partners in the Business Litigation department, drafting substantive pleadings, motions and discovery, conducting depositions, and participating in trials and other projects. Substantive experience with construction-related claims and real estate-related claims are a plus.

Applicants must have excellent academic credentials, strong legal research and writing ability, excellent organizational skills, and be motivated to succeed. The successful candidate must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
