• The ideal candidate should have a minimum 5 years of litigation experience in the defense of first-party commercial and residential property insurance claims, insurance coverage, and insurance class actions in Colorado.declaratory judgment actions.
• Must be admitted to the Colorado bar or eligible for admission.
• Must reside in the Denver metropolitan area.
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills.

• This position may be filled in Denver and accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, the compensation range for this position is between $180,000 - $200,000+ with minimum billable hour requirement of 1800.
