Business Litigation Counsel

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a Counsel track attorney to join the Business Litigation Practice Group. Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience representing companies and/or financial institutions in regard to single plaintiff litigation including contracts, loan agreements, mortgages or leases. This position is open to office location, with a strong preference for attorneys licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York or Delaware. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills. Please note that Womble Bond Dickinson's counsel track opportunities are off-track/not partner track and therefore have a reduced billable hour requirement.
