Office Locations: Chicago, Denver, Indianapolis, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Naples, Phoenix, San Diego, St. Louis, Tampa, Tucson, Washington D.C. Quarles & Brady LLP, an Am Law 200 law firm, seeks a transactional associate with at least three years of experience or a senior counsel with at least 8 years of experience to join the investment management team of our Business Law Group in one of our office locations. The ideal candidate would have experience in a wide variety of investment management matters, including investment adviser, investment company, and broker-dealer regulatory compliance and formation; institutional investor representation; private fund formation; transactions in the investment management space and other general corporate work. Excellent academic credentials and strong organizational skills and experience are a must. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both lawyers and non-lawyers - inside and outside the firm - are essential. The range for this position for individuals physically located in Chicago and Washington D.C. is $190,000 to $265,000. The range for this position for individuals physically located in Denver, Indianapolis, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Naples, Phoenix, Denver and San Diego, St. Louis, Tampa, and Tucson Diego is $175,000 to $250,000.
