Business Law Counsel

Immediate opportunity available to join Scarinci Hollenbeck as Counsel with the Business Law section. Collaborate with one of New Jersey?s premier corporate practices alongside tenured professionals specializing in a nationally recognized, full-service and sophisticated transactional practice. To be considered for this position, prior experience of 5+ years in general corporate/securities matters, including drafting, negotiating and counseling clients on private placements, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting and corporate governance documentation is required.
