Your Role: Business Development Strategist

We're growing fast, and we need someone who can:

• Identify top brands we should be working with and show them why YouTube is their missing piece.
• Learn and obsess over Snowball's methodology, staying ahead of YouTube trends to help craft presentations that win deals.
• Build genuine relationships with our potential clients, understanding their goals and how Snowball can help achieve them.
• Work directly with our leadership team to refine and execute our growth strategy.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• You're a killer communicator and collaborator with 3+ years of crushing it in business development, sales, or strategic account management.
• You're a strategic thinker who loves solving problems and spotting opportunities.
• You're a self-starter with a data-driven mindset to back up decisions with real insights.
• You've got a deep passion for YouTube, digital content, and the future of media.
• Bonus: Skills in Figma, Photoshop, or design tools.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree
