We're on the hunt for a Business Development Representative with a knack for sales, customer service, or real estate to represent our esteemed builder client, Simplicity Homes, in the Pacific Northwest.
In this exciting role, you'll work closely with the Business Development Manager and the Sales Team to build relationships with both new prospects and existing customers. Their focus is to support the business development manager in creating and maintaining relationships with investors and developers, as well as the people and companies they work closely with, to ensure SIM is the vertical builder of choice for current and future projects. The Business Development Representative collaborates with the marketing department to create sales collateral, organize networking events, attend trade shows, and launch marketing campaigns throughout the regions we build. The Business Development Representative provides sales support to the Business Development Manager, leveraging the department's reach and creating room for scalability.
