Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Trainee Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing customers, driving subscription renewals, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and enhance your skills in customer management, sales, and strategy.

Responsibilities:

Customer relationship management to engage with customers to understand their need and maintain a long term relationship.

Drive subscription renewals and achieve renewal targets.

Ensure on-time collection of payments while maintaining positive customer relations.

Organize and facilitate meetings between customer teams and pre-sales/technical teams.

Follow up on customer inquiries to secure orders and payments.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Marketing or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Proactiveness to take the ownership of tasks and sees them through to completion.

Ensures accuracy in all tasks.

Preferred:

Prior internship experience in related field.

Willing to work in rotational shifts
