Job Description

Evaluate and analyze business processes for compliance with swap dealer regulations
Gather, document, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders regarding swap regulations

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulations are correctly interpreted and implemented

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in the development of test plans and test cases
Monitor regulatory changes and advise on potential impacts to business processes

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within a financial services environment, with a focus on swap dealer regulations
Strong knowledge of Swap Dealer regulations, including Dodd-Frank Act requirements
Experience with regulatory reporting processes and frameworks related to swaps
Proficient in SQL for data analysis to support compliance and regulatory reporting
