Business Consultant Intern

ARETUM, a premier government contracting firm specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is offering a unique opportunity for a driven and innovative Business Consultant Intern to join our team. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in business consulting while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Business Consultant Intern at ARETUM, you will work closely with experienced consultants and analysts, assisting with various projects that impact our government clients. You will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and improve service delivery.

• Support business growth, capture, and proposal initiatives for the sector.
• Coordinate and support the business analytics and project controller aspects of sector projects.
• Plan and conduct comprehensive research projects on current Federal Consultancy topics.
• Develop presentation templates.
• Compile content and standardize project monthly status reports (MSRs).
• Manage contract risk registers.
• Assist Project Managers with ad hoc contract and Account-level requests and tasks.

Requirements

• College Experience - minimum 3rd year (Junior)
• Excellent organizational skills research skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
• Understanding of government contracting regulations and procedures is a plus.
