Barley Snyder, a regional law firm of over 130 attorneys, has an excellent opportunity for an attorney in our Business Practice Group in the Lancaster office.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial attorney interested in developing a diverse business practice with immediate significant client contact. The successful candidate will work in areas of general business, corporate, front end loans and mergers and acquisitions. We have a strong market-leading M&A practice and focus heavily on family businesses. Seeking a self-starter with strong analytical and writing skills, strong academic credentials and excellent work ethic.
