Business Applications Consultant - Deltek Replicon

A Business Applications Consultant for Replicon has developed a specialization within a specific domain of expertise. The position requires the ability to work independently and in teams. Consultants are often responsible for completing parts of projects or activities as part of a team. They must also be client-oriented and able to explore sales activities.

A Consultant could specialize in multiple roles. These include, but are not limited to Time Tracking Systems, Workforce Management, and Payroll Processing. The consultant would be proactive, committed to mastering a new product, and have the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of product functionality and ensuring effective integration.

Working with clients

o Demonstrate basic knowledge of Replicon Core and add-on functionality

o Organize and execute assigned activities as directed by the Project Team, Senior or Principal Business Application Consultant

Working within Infotek

o Develop and maintain internal and client-facing documentation, user guides, and implementation templates

o Adaptable to learn new skills and modules as directed by the Manager

Requirements

Proven experience as a business consultant or equivalent position

Highly motivated and self-directed work ethic

Aptitude in creative problem-solving

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills

Able to lead full implementations and train others on basic, intermediate, and admin processes within the following Replicon modules or add-on applications with support

o HCM: Payroll, Benefits, Time Collection, and Expense

o WFM: Replicon and Polaris

Must be willing to work occasional nights and weekends if required

The job is remote and may require some travel

Preferred Experience/Skills

2+ years of experience with Deltek Replicon or another time tracking software

Experience scoping integrations between multiple software platforms

Experience in manufacturing, consulting, or government contracting

Education/Certifications

BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field preferred, although years of experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree

Deltek Certified in the below areas or the ability to become certified within 1 year of employment dependent upon the assigned role

o A&F: General Ledger, Projects & Billing

o HCM: Time Collection, Expense

o Budgets: Resource Planning

Consistently requires sitting or standing for a majority of the day to complete essential job duties on the computer and telephone

Consistently requires auditory abilities to efficiently listen and effectively communicate with clients, vendors and staff to carry out essential job duties

Occasionally requires standing to scan, print and copy job related documents to carry out job duties

Occasional overnight travel by land and/or air may be necessary
